International pool free diving competition

Where: Sports Centre Maribor, Swimming pools Pristan, Koroška cesta 33, Maribor
When: Friday, 2.3.07 starting at 19:30 and Saturday, 3.3.07 starting at 9:30

H2O Team Maribor is organizing free diving competition in pool disciplines for the second time. In few days we will be hostig world's best apnea athlets. Competition will be held in three disciplines: dynamic without fins, static and dynamic with fins. At the moment there are more then 40 competitiors from 12 countries on startlists.

Short disciplines description:
Dynamic without fins: competitior swimms under water, without use of fins, using only one breath
Static: competitior holds breath as long as possibile, breathways immersed in water
Dynamic with fins: competitior swimms under water, with use of fins, using only one breath
